The sun is finally starting to show itself and that gives you more of a reason to head down to the West Hants Club. With outdoor heaters and a fantastic menu where else would you rather be on a summers evening.

From a social perspective May has several things to offer our members including free music from The Jackson 3 on Friday 8^th May which offers to be a fantastic night.

Also keep the 27^th of June in your diary free as the West Hants Summer Ball will take place on this date. This is always a great occasion so well worth booking your place in advance.

Finally congratulations are in order to all those members who took part in the 8 week body transformation challenge.  There was great improvement across the board but special mention must be given to the winners Faranak Jalali, Rebecca O’Carroll  and Katie Diamond in the women’s competition and Daniel Jane, Chris Cook and Dan Boughton in the men’s. Congratulations to all.
