Photos from our Summer Ball and Ladies Night will feature on the Social Noticeboard soon so keep your eyes peeled. Look out for news on upcoming intensive summer swimming courses too...

If you've LIKED our Facebook page, you will know that Mark Daley (Health and Fitness Manager) offers us a health tip every Friday. Last week he recommended we drink coconut water because it is rich in antioxidants electrolytes and trace minerals which improve hydration muscle recovery and prevent cramping. We're delighted to tell you that coconut water is now available at the bar!
